CS Surabhi Deshpande, a Chartered Secretary, is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and an Associate Member of the Chartered Governance Institute, UK & Ireland (CGIUKI). She holds an LLM in Corporate Governance and Law from the University of Portsmouth, UK, where she was honoured with the GREAT Indian Scholarship. Her strong academic background also includes a Bachelor of Social, Legal Sciences (BSL) and LL.B. from Savitribai Phule Pune University, India, along with a Diploma in Cyber Laws.
With extensive experience in Corporate Secretarial and Compliance Practices and Good Governance across various industries, Surabhi specializes in Corporate and Business Laws, Corporate Governance, Ethics & Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Secretarial Practice & Strategy, Legal Compliance, and Contract Management.
Beyond her professional roles, she has contributed to academia as a faculty member teaching law and management courses. An avid researcher, Surabhi has several notable publications to her name, including case studies and research papers on regulatory policies and corporate governance, published in esteemed platforms such as the Case Centre, UK, and ABDC Journals. Additionally, she is the author of the book ‘Shimmering Silhouette©.’
